Humberto is moving toward the northeast and is expected to continue on that track through Monday morning, followed by a turn toward the east-northeast with a gradual increase in forward speed over the next three days, according to the National Hurricane Center's 11 p.m. advisory.
The U.S. National Hurricane Center said Saturday that the storm was located about 30 miles (45 kilometers) east-northeast of Great Abaco Island and 125 miles (200 kilometers) east of Freeport, Grand Bahama Island.
The National Hurricane Center is warning that a tropical storm could hit areas already flattened by Dorian. It has maximum sustained winds of 70 miles per hour and is moving north at 6 miles per hour.

Humberto was moving away from the Bahamas on a path taking it well off the east coast of Florida this weekend and early next week, the NHC said. Despite pulling away from the United States, rough surf and strong rip currents are likely from the mid-Atlantic coast into the Southeast through the coming week.

It is expected to become Category Two Hurricane by Tuesday.
Threatening to exacerbate islands' problems, winds and rains from Humberto could be expected in Grand Bahama and the nearby Abaco islands, said chief meteorologist Shavonne Moxey-Bonamy.
Humberto may pass close enough to Bermuda for significant impact, possibly strengthening to a Category 2 storm, said the weather.com report.
The formation of Humberto near the islands has temporarily stalled relief efforts and threatens to make life more hard for survivors.
Although the East coast will not see any direct impacts from Humberto rip currents will be a big concern for the beaches of Florida, Georgia and SC through Tuesday.
